Favorite apps so far...
The first quarter of 2011 is coming to an end and my favorite *new* apps are (in no particular order) Sparrow Mail, SocialCam, Kik, Instagram, Flipboard & Due app.

iPhone version of MacJournal in App Store
MacJournal, one of my favorite Mac apps, now has a companion on the iPhone.
Syncing with the Mac version worked perfectly.

Articles - The Wikipedia App →
This is a great Wikipedia client for the iPhone.
I really like the look and feel…Feels like a native Mac/iPhone app. The “Nearby” feature is awesome, as you can find Wikipedia articles relative to your location.
I also think the Safari-like handling of multiple pages is a nice touch.

Magic Mouse & Google Chrome
I recently bought a magic mouse…and love it!
However, it scrolls way too fast with the Google Chrome browser. I even went into the mouse preferences to make the scrolling as slow as possible. No dice.
The issue is the same with both the beta and dev channel versions of Chrome.
So I’ve moved over to using Safari, even though, at this point, I prefer Chrome.

Brizzly on the iPhone
Brizzly now has an iPhone app.
I downloaded it and am pretty impressed. Going to use it for one of my twitter accounts for awhile to see if it sticks.

Congrats to the creators of Doodle Jump!
According to MobileCrunch, the iPhone game Doodle Jump has passed 3 million in sales. As someone who plays the game regularly, I understand the reason for the popularity. It’s quite fun, and challenging.
